Mental Health Resource Library is Now Open!
This very comprehensive mental health library contains more than 1,500 titles. Most of the materials in the library were purchased with a grant from the Arizona Lottery Commission. NAMI SEAZ is working to expand the library even more. A large assortment of topics is available, all of which are categorized according to subject matter. There are books specifically geared for children and teens to read, as well as books about parenting a child with mental health conditions. Some of the topics include: Abuse, Addictions, Anxiety, Autism, Alzheimers, Anger, Bullying, Depression, Eating Disorders, Grief, PTSD, Suicide, and more. Some sections are specifically categorized for specific genders and age groups depending on the type of struggle.
